So, I have said something about some people who would like any types of entertainment which they define as decadent as something that needs to be banned or discouraged.

So, if I am to fantasize about beautiful women, can such an activity be banned?

Sure. You can wire up your body a machine so that everytime your hormones jump from seeing a beautiful woman, it zaps you with 1,000 volts. You’ll stop fantasizing after a while, guaranteed.
