Rancangan Undang-Undang Antipornografi dan Pornoaksi

Actually UU Informasi Transaksi Elektronik or UU ITE is related to RUU Antipornografi dan Pornoaksi or RUU APP in short.

This law failed to be implemented due to strong protest….

RUU APP is also one form of censorship albeit, focusing more on public decency, nudity and well… you got it… porn and pornography… and action… pornoaksi….

This law is yet another attempt to curtail freedom of speech and expression….

Anyway… can readers define porn and pornography and  yes… porn-action (pornoaksi)?

Hey… what about Sandra Dewi and Bunga Citra Lestari… I know some one who has sexy pictures of them…. they still in clothes… so that’s not porn or pornography right…..???

And what about the VCDs… I mean… the ones about the former Malaysian Health Minister… (ohh… I can’t remember his name anymore..) an example of porno-aksi (pornoaksi)?
