Review the University and University Colleges Act ! (2)
Yes, it seems that another university student is in trouble for his involvement in the recent elections. Saudara Azlan Zainal, who is the “presiden penaja” (president sponsor ?) of the Parti Mahasiswa Negara (PMN) has found himself in trouble.
A police officer has paid him a visit:

His situation is similar to that of saudara Meor Isfandy Meor Azman. See this post – UIA student charged for involvement in general election.
To saudara Azlan Zainal and saudara Meor Isfandy Meor Azman, I would like to wish them support. They have virtually gambled their future by knowingly breaking the regulation(s) and rule(s) relating to the University and University and University Colleges Act.
I understand that as a blogger, there is not much support that can be made to them. But at least bloggers should highlight their plight. Bloggers should at the least dedicate a post for these two democracy activists or a post relating to University and University and University Colleges Act or the AUKU (Akta Universiti dan Kolej Universiti). This especially applies to bloggers in Project Petaling Street, Beras Padu, sarawho.com and other blog pingers in Malaysia and anywhere in the world too. Show and express your support to saudara Meor Isfandy and saudara Azlan Zainal.
Readers in Malaysiakini can also show their support to these two activists too. They can send their opinions to the Surat (http://www.malaysiakini.com/letters/my) and Letters (http://www.malaysiakini.com/letters) sections.
Please show support to these two youths or pemuda. They are young and they are pure. They are more sincere than the seasoned politicians… (see the post – The Older Generation is More Prone to Hypocrisy?).
If Malaysia is really going to move forward, it has to be from young people like these… remember the slogan – Pemuda harapan bangsa ?
Anyway, to end this post I would like to express my desire that the University and University Colleges Act be reviewed.
